Welcome to our website. You realize that my previous message over stayed on line. FDNC is a product of many years of focus, determination, creativity, resourcefulness, and perseverance. FDNC is now recovered from a long term restructuring process that has taken slightly above a couple years. From its founding, FDNC registered rapid growth that impacted the manner in which its activities were carried out.
Moreover while activities increased in out put the finances either remained constant or diminished. This restructuring period has been characterized by reflection and learning as well as setting a new pace for the future.

As in the Biblical book of Zachariah Chapter 4, Verse 6, FDNC was brought into being not by might, nor by power, but by the Spiritual Guidance of the living God. And with this, together with various lessons, I do now strongly believe than ever that above every thing it is not human strength, but God must be in the fore front to such a ground breaking initiative for wisdom, peace, tranquility and success.

We have committed not to fear pioneering despite working in an environment of turmoil and cultural corruption hence appealing for genuine dedication by every stakeholder we collaborate with to find genuine solutions to local problems.

Focusing even amid the crisis, longer-term goals such as mind set transformation and attitude development of projects beneficiaries and FDNC’s team at all levels is crucial to every body’s social and economic well-being, although this has been the most challenging to deal with.

After reorganizing from a failed transition, with lessons to draw from, FDNC has come up with a way forward. With new set policies, our current concept, unless where it is unavoidable aim to limit as much as possible handouts and build a strategy towards hand ups and steadily build Social Entrepreneurship. Our hope is, this concept will lead to more
exceptional local people in our communities to shun self pity, to dream up and take responsibility for innovative and untested ideas for positive social change, and usher ideas from dream to reality through a special combination of groundbreaking creativity and steadfast execution that lack in our society.

This lack breeds ill intentioned people with harmful spirits, and whose lifestyles survive on quicker, manipulative gains out of petty jealousies that continually manifest acts of
lawlessness in the society in which we operate.

With all above multiple fronts, I am now better convinced that the long term effects
are beneficial to the vision and mission for which FDNC was founded.

The hard economic times faced across the globe are grim enough to enable us review our strategies and exhibit honesty in our actions and enable us to be optimistic enough to be inspiring.

The meaning behind FDNC’s establishment and core values that define and enhance our
existence are viewed through the eyes of admiration and appreciation by many individuals and institutions that continue to replicate our programs and activities not only in Eastern Uganda but also beyond. I am therefore pleased that our model concept reshapes the people every body refers to be poor every where to know they have all it takes to be successful as any where. As I conclude, I would like to call upon your prayers and support.
